Hybrid Vehicles Future of Transport on Earth.

When Henry Ford, created a car that runs on Three wheels and the car was using Fossil fuel to run the car. This car changes the world of transportation. At the time of the beginning, we were mot aware of the problem that this will create in the future. These vehicles are one of the reasons, which is fueling global warming.
But it's time to move forward from fossil fuel to renewable source of energy. Because this is the demand of time. Our planet is getting hot, The icecaps are melting.
19 out of 35 most polluted cities are from India in the world.
According to the report of Greenpeace India, almost 47 million children under the age of 5 years are living in densely polluted urban areas. The only and the main reason for the pollution in the urban area of Delhi is vehicles.
According to a report, peoples are using a personal vehicle, instead of public transport, the main reason for this is the increase in purchasing power of India. In 2016, 229 million vehicles were on the road. Over 3 million four-wheelers were solid in 2016-17. All of them were using diesel and petrol as fuel.

Tesla is planning to launch Tesla Model 3 in India by the end of this year.

To reduce pollution in Indian cities, it's time to move from fossil fuel to electric-powered vehicles. Electric vehicles will help us to reduce pollution all over the world.

Electric vehicles cause zero emissions and consequently, are extremely eco-friendly. Switching from current vehicles to an entirely electric fleet would also have the benefit of reducing 1 gigatonne of carbon dioxide emissions by 2030.

How to adopt an electric vehicle

According to Minister of State for Power and Renewable Energy, Piyush Goyal they are planning with Niti Aayog to ensure that only hybrid vehicles available for in India by 2030. Electric vehicles will help to reduce dependence on fossil fuel or in the other word reduce pollution and this will also save a lot of money(approx $330 billion).

But the adoption of hybrid vehicles is not easy.

One of the main reason to not adopt is its cost.

Lack of infrastructure(Charging Points).
In 2015, the Indian Government launched a program called FAME(Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Hybrid & Electric Vehicles) under NEMM(National Electric Mobility Mission) for promoting sales of electric cars.
Under this scheme, the Government will provide $16 million to Indian cities, which have a population of more than 1 million.
Indian automakers like Hyundai, Mahindra & Mahindra, Toyota, Maruti, Nissan, and Tata Motors has started working on electric vehicles. We can see hybrid cars on Indian roads by the end of 2020.
This year(2019), the Indian Government launched a new scheme, In this scheme, if you buy an electric car, the Government will give you a subsidy of Rs 50,000. And GST(Goods and Service Tax) on hybrid cars has been reduced from 18% to 5%. So, the Indian Government has started taking concrete steps towards the adoption of hybrid vehicles.

Benefits of Hybrid cars

The only and the main reason for electric cars is that they will help to reduce pollution and will make environment-friendly transport system.
